I wouldn't say there aren't any men willing to work in in something like a playgirl mansion. I did some voluntary work for something similar last year as a fundraise stunt. It wasn't called playgirl mansion per se and there were no nudity nor even being shirtless but we arranged a night where the women could indulge themselves. We (the men) made good food, offered massage, were waiters for the evening etc.

I too felt like a "half-cursed" having been away from home for 15yrs but the minute I landed JKIA a feeling of belonging covered me like a blanket. From then on everything else felt as though I was re-living a nice dream. It all fell back into place so naturally. Trust me you will savour the moment.

This made me feel a bit sad, but then I thought, aha, another foreigner like me. I was born in Kenya, moved to Britain after high school, now married in the US. As much as I call myself Kenyan and it is forever my 'Home', I am considered a foreigner wherever I go and gave up trying to fit myself in a box and just get on with it. What I don't get is that everywhere else, you get people intrigued by your mixed nationalities/domiciles/travels/experiences but in Kenya it is frowned upon like you are a lost soul. The world is vast and if you can get out there then I dont see why you need to excuse or explain your choices to others. Just be yourself and sod everyone else.
